Flow Pro now available on Watch

Update 3.3.0

In this update, we've integrated Flow Pro on Apple Watch, ensuring that our Pro features are now accessible across all platforms where Flow is currently available. Download the latest version of Flow on your Apple Watch to access our new features, such as advanced session controls, custom durations and cycles, session names, and commitment mode. If you're already a subscriber or a lifetime Pro user and want to enjoy these features on your Apple Watch, simply head to the upgrade screen and click on "Restore Purchase".

But that's not all – in addition to bringing Flow Pro to Apple Watch, we've added Widgets and Complications on Watch, Widgets on Mac, and Lock Screen Widgets on iPhone and iPad. Flow on Apple Watch now leverages the new watchOS 10 capabilities, such as corner icons and colored backgrounds. For instance, we incorporated the green background during breaks, mirroring the experience found in Flow on iOS. This wasn't possible before the introduction of watchOS 10. All of these changes and additions are available with the free version of Flow.

What's next?

We're already in the process of rebuilding Flow on Mac with SwiftUI from the ground up. Our primary focus is to ensure that Flow runs smoothly and maintains its familiar look and feel. Once this basis has been built, we'll explore potential UI/UX improvements and new features.

While updating the core of the project using the latest technology, we're also moving closer to implementing real-time sync across devices. This foundational rebuild of our Mac version is crucial before we delve into cross-device features.
